Mark Richman: Belleville Poser
It's been a while since I last posted about 2009 Canadian heavyweight champion (he fell to 4th in 2010).
Currently in training for the 2011 Canadian Bodybuilding Championships, which are being held in Saskatoon on July 23, Richman guest posed at the Belleville Health and Fitness Expo, in Ontario, Canada at the end of April.
Richman is now one of the fusion lads along with Santana Anderson and Craig Bonnett, but below he is pictured with Canadian pro Fouad Abiad.

Fouad Abiad: BC Provincials
After guest posing at the Southern States, Fouad was at it again at the British Columbia Provincial Championships over the weekend in New Westminster, BC where light heavy Ram Gill won the overall title. This was the last time in 2010 that Fouad will be guesting or competing, before taking to the competitive stage again in 2011 (at the Arnold I believe).
