5'4" Russian amateur Igor Losev, Игорь Лосев, didn't place at the 2010 Arnold Amateur, where he competed as a middleweight, but this year he'll has dropped a class so will now compete at a light-middle (the class that he won at both the 2007 and 2008 European Championships, though he was 10th at last year's World Championships - the pictures below).
