Branch Warren: Out of 2011 Olympia

A freak accident means no Branch for this year's Olympia. He slipped on a wet payment while in Atlanta for some guest posing, tearing the quad tendon in his left leg. More at Flexonline.

Aaron Clark: East Coast Classic

After a two year absence from the competitive stage, 22 year old Virginian Aaron Clark took the top spot at the 2011 East Coast Classic this past weekend.

Back from vacation

I'm back from sunny southern California where my partner & I had a lovely time with his sister and her boyfriend.
